FDA

Covalent Coating Technologies LLC has an extensive understanding of the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) practices pertaining to materials, testing of materials, materials standards and qualification of material. Our 15 years of experience working both within and with the agency gives us valuable knowledge that will help bring your product from inception to qualification.

FAA

Covalent has many years of experience working with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) practices. We are acquainted with FAR 21 and FAR 145 systems. We have experience developing coatings and coating processes from inception to approval in an aerospace environment. We understand well the Configuration Management, systems and tools to ensure product configuration.

Six Sigma

Covalent has six sigma black belts on staff. We are well versed and competent in explaining six sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. As black belts, we have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with six sigma principles. We are very well versed in lean enterprise concepts and are able to identify non-value-added elements and activities.

Shainin Red – X

Going beyond six sigma quality systems capabilities, Covalent Coating Technologies President has been trained as a Red X master from Dorian Shainin. Having this expertise in technical problem solving helps make CCT well qualified to understand, solve and develop coating systems. Red X masters have been recognized for demonstrating the ability to develop, execute and communicate strategy across a wide variety of technologies.
